CAR-T cells targeting MSLN with PD-1/CTLA-4 blockers for advanced solid tumors

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • Your cancer is advanced (spread) and standard treatments have not worked or are not suitable.
  • Your tumor tests positive for MSLN (a protein on the cancer cell surface) on at least half of the cells, and also positive for PD-L1.
  • You have adequate organ function (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, bone marrow) as checked by your doctor.
  • You have not had any prior therapy that targets MSLN, or any gene therapy or CAR-T cell therapy.
  • You do not have active infections (like HIV, hepatitis B or C, or syphilis), autoimmune disease requiring immune-suppressing drugs, or serious heart/lung conditions.
