Fast CAR-T cells for advanced solid tumors
Part of Cancer clinical trials.
This trial tests a new type of 'fast CAR-T' cell therapy for people with advanced solid tumors that have not been helped by standard treatments. CAR-T cells are a kind of immune cell that is reprogrammed to attack cancer cells that carry certain markers called mesothelin, MUC1, and PD-L1.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have advanced solid tumors (cancer that has spread) that have not responded to standard treatments, or you cannot tolerate them.
- Your tumor cells must have high levels of three markers: mesothelin (≥50%), MUC1 (≥50%), and PD-L1 (positive), based on a biopsy taken within the last 2 years.
- You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, heart, lungs) and a life expectancy of more than 3 months.
- You cannot have had CAR-T cell therapy or any gene therapy before.
- You must not have active infections like HIV, hepatitis B or C, or syphilis.

This trial tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy called Fast CAR T cells for people with advanced solid tumors. It is designed for patients whose tumors have certain markers (mesothelin and PD-L1) and who have not responded to or cannot tolerate standard treatments.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-T cells) that target a protein called MSLN on cancer cells, and also release a special antibody to block two other proteins (PD-1 and CTLA-4) that cancers use to hide from the immune system. It is for people with advanced solid tumors like non-small-cell lung cancer or mesothelioma who have not responded to standard treatments.
This trial tests a personalized cell therapy where your own immune cells are collected, modified to better attack cancer, and then returned to you. It is for people with various solid tumors and lymphomas whose cancer cells have specific markers.
This study tests a new type of cell therapy called anti-HER2-CAR-T for people with advanced HER2-positive solid tumors (like breast, stomach, or colon cancer) whose cancer has not responded to other treatments. The therapy uses your own immune cells engineered to target and kill cancer cells.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell (CAR T) made from healthy donors to fight solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. It may be an option for people with certain cancers that show a protein called PD-L1.
This trial tests a therapy using your own immune cells (T cells) modified to target mesothelin (MSLN), a protein found on some cancer cells. It may help people with certain advanced solid tumors that have not responded to or can't tolerate standard treatments.
