Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of one of the following: diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), or marginal zone lymphoma (MZL).
  • You cannot have had any prior cancer treatment (such as chemotherapy or radiation) for this lymphoma.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You should be in fairly good health (ECOG score 0–2, meaning you can do daily activities with little or no help).
  • Your liver, kidneys, and blood levels must be within certain limits (your doctor will check this).
  • If you have DLBCL, you may need an IPI score of 2 or higher (a measure of risk).
