Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a specific type of DLBCL called non-GCB (confirmed by a test called Han's algorithm).
  • Your lymphoma must have returned or not responded after at least two previous treatments, including one with an anti-CD20 antibody drug like Rituximab.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured (a lymph node larger than 1.5 cm or another organ tumor larger than 1.0 cm).
  • You are not planning to have a stem cell transplant using your own cells (autologous transplant).
  • You must be in reasonably good health (ECOG score of 0, 1, or 2).
