This study looks at how well the kneecap joint holds up many years after a knee realignment surgery (high tibial osteotomy) for inner knee arthritis. If you had this surgery more than 5 years ago, you may be able to join a long-term checkup that uses X-rays and medical records to see how your knee is doing.

Who can take part
- You have arthritis on the inside of your knee (medial compartment arthritis).
- You had a surgery called 'high tibial osteotomy' (a realignment of the shin bone) at least 5 years ago.
- You are under 65 years old.
- You have not had any serious injuries to the same leg before.
- You do not have other knee problems like ligament tears, rheumatoid arthritis, or severe health issues that limit daily activities.
