Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of large-duct primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC).
- If you have inflammatory bowel disease, your treatment must be stable and likely to stay the same during the study.
- Your liver enzyme levels (AST and ALT) must be no more than 8 times the normal upper limit.
- You cannot have other liver diseases (like hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, or autoimmune hepatitis).
- You must not have metal implants, pacemakers, or other metal objects in your body that MRI cannot scan safely.
- You must not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or have severe kidney problems.
