Who can take part
- You have advanced solid tumors (like liver cancer) that have not responded to or cannot be treated with standard therapies.
- For the expansion part of the study, your tumor must test positive for FGF19 or FGFR4 proteins.
- You must be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
- You cannot have had certain other treatments (like chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy) within the past 4 weeks.
- You cannot have serious heart, lung, or liver problems, or active infections that require IV antibiotics.
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you could become pregnant, you must use effective birth control.
