Who can take part
- You have one of these advanced cancers: HER2-positive breast cancer, HR-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer, KRAS mutant colorectal cancer, or KRAS mutant non-small cell lung cancer.
- Your cancer has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0-1).
- You have had at least one prior standard treatment that stopped working or is not suitable for you.
- You do not have untreated or unstable brain metastases.
- For certain groups, you must have a specific gene mutation (like PIK3CA) or have received certain prior therapies.
