Who can take part
- Your prostate cancer has spread to only a few spots (5 or fewer in bones, or 3 or fewer in lungs) seen on a special PSMA PET scan.
- You are generally up and about (ECOG 0 or 1) – meaning you can do daily activities without needing help.
- You are 75 years old or younger.
- You have never had hormone therapy (like Lupron, Zoladex, or similar) for your cancer.
- Your kidney function and blood cell counts are good enough to handle the treatment safely.
