Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must have a solid tumor that is advanced or has spread and hasn't responded to standard treatments
  • Your tumor must be measurable or evaluable by scans
  • You should be generally active (able to do light housework or office work)
  • You must have recovered from side effects of prior cancer treatments (except for mild hair loss or nerve issues)
  • You cannot have had chemotherapy or radiation in the last 3 weeks, or major surgery in the last 3 weeks
