Who can take part

  • You are a new kidney transplant recipient (adult).
  • You do not have a serious heart condition that makes exercise unsafe.
  • Your blood pressure and diabetes (if you have it) are well controlled.
  • You can ride a stationary bike without pain or other problems.
  • You have received only a kidney transplant (not multiple organs).
  • You are not currently being treated for cancer, and you understand Dutch.
  • You have access to a smartphone or computer with internet.
  • You do not have a severe lung disease that limits exercise.
