  • You have a bone defect in your lower leg, thigh, or foot caused by an injury, infection, or tumor.
  • The bone defect must be larger than 5 centimeters (about 2 inches).
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You agree to receive a 3D-printed titanium implant to fix the bone.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and follow the study procedures.
