Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 6 and 11 years old.
  • They must have moderate to severe persistent nasal allergies (allergic rhinitis) that bother them most days.
  • They must have a positive skin or blood test for common airborne allergens (like pollen, dust mites, or pet dander).
  • They cannot have used any steroid medication (like prednisone) or allergy medicines (like antihistamines or decongestants) by mouth, injection, or spray in the last week.
  • They cannot have severe or uncontrolled asthma, or other serious health issues.
  • They cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
