Who can take part

  • You had a stroke (either ischemic or hemorrhagic) between 6 and 24 months ago.
  • You have finished the early rehabilitation phase (the first 6 months after stroke).
  • You have moderate to severe disability, meaning you need help with daily activities or walking.
  • Your regular doctor has approved you to join this study.
  • You do not have severe fatigue, memory or thinking problems, or other serious health issues that would make it hard to complete the study.
