Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed biliary tract cancer (gallbladder or bile duct cancer) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You can have received no more than 2 cycles of a specific chemotherapy combination (cisplatin and gemcitabine) with or without an immunotherapy drug for your advanced cancer.
  • Your tumor must be HER2-positive, a type that may be targeted by the study drug.
  • You must be in good overall health (able to do most daily activities).
  • You cannot have had previous treatment with a HER2-targeted drug or certain other immunotherapies.
