Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced or metastatic bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery and has not been treated before. If you had treatment after surgery, it ended more than 3 months ago.
- Your cancer tests positive for HER2 (IHC 2+ or 3+).
- You are in good general health (able to do normal activities) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
- You have not had any prior treatment that targets HER2, previous antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), immune checkpoint inhibitors, or cancer vaccines.
- You do not have a history of lung disease (like interstitial lung disease or pneumonitis), uncontrolled heart problems, or active infections.
