Who can take part

  • You have advanced bile duct cancer (including gallbladder cancer) that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread.
  • Your cancer tests positive for HER2 (a protein that helps cells grow).
  • You have not had previous treatment targeting HER2.
  • You are in fairly good health (able to care for yourself and out of bed for at least half the day).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
