- Age 1 to just under 19 years old
- Newly diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), lymphoblastic lymphoma (LLy), or mixed phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL)
- Has not received prior cancer treatment, except for one dose of spinal chemotherapy, one dose of vincristine, or emergency radiation for a tumor blocking an organ
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding
- Willing and able to give consent (parent or guardian for minors)
