Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You received a kidney transplant more than 1 year ago but less than 10 years ago.
- You have chronic antibody-mediated rejection that was confirmed by a kidney biopsy in the last 6 months and has not improved after three monthly IV-IG infusions.
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is above 30 ml/min and you have significant protein in your urine (proteinuria >1 g/day or protein/creatinine ratio >150 mg/mmol).
- You are not currently pregnant and you agree to use effective birth control during the study if you could become pregnant.
- You do not have serious uncontrolled infections (like HIV, hepatitis B/C, or active bacterial infections), or advanced heart/liver failure, or recent cancer.
