Who can take part
- You are 14 years or older and able to consent (or have a parent's permission if under 18).
- You have a diagnosis of POTS with a heart rate jump of at least 30 bpm when standing and symptoms lasting 6 months or more.
- Your heart rate while lying down is under 100 bpm.
- You have not taken certain medications (like stimulants, some antidepressants, or water pills) in the past 14 days.
- You have not received IVIG or experimental drugs in the past year.
- You do not have another condition that could be causing your symptoms, such as heart disease or a recent severe brain injury.
