Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 50 years old
- Have POTS: your heart rate jumps by more than 30 beats per minute within 10 minutes of standing, for more than 6 months
- Have no major drop in blood pressure when standing (no orthostatic hypotension)
- Be able and willing to follow study visits, instructions, and restrictions, and give informed consent
- If you can become pregnant, use birth control and be willing to do a blood pregnancy test (blood test for hCG)
