  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have a clear diagnosis of multiple sclerosis from a neurologist.
  • Your disability level is mild to moderate (EDSS score between 1 and 5.5).
  • You are not currently in an active physical therapy program.
  • You have not had an MS attack or used steroids in the last 3 months.
