Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS)
  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your MS disability level is between 2.0 and 6.0 on the EDSS scale (roughly ranging from minimal symptoms to needing a cane or walker)
  • Your MS has been stable for at least 3 months, with no relapses (flare-ups) in the past 3 months
  • You have been on the same disease-modifying MS medication for at least 3 months
  • You can walk independently or with aids (cane, walker) well enough to complete movement tests
