- You must be generally healthy with no known diseases.
- You cannot have any current or past eye problems, surgeries, trauma, or be using eye medications.
- If you had eye surgery, it must be fully healed.
- No coffee, tea, or certain medications (vasodilators) for 6 hours before the test.
- You cannot be a child, pregnant, or breastfeeding.
