Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 40 years old.
- Your eye pressure is normal (below 21 mmHg).
- You have open-angle eyes checked by a doctor (not narrow angle).
- Your optic nerve looks healthy (cup-to-disc ratio less than 0.6).
- You are not taking any medications, including steroids.
- You do not smoke and have no physical or mental disabilities.
- Your blood pressure is 120/80 or lower, and your resting heart rate is between 60 and 90 beats per minute.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 34.8.
- You do not have any eye disease (except minor glasses or contacts need), past eye injury or surgery.
- You are not pregnant and have no chronic health conditions like heart disease, high blood pressure, or past physical injuries that could make exercise unsafe.
- Your glasses prescription is within ±4.00 diopters and astigmatism less than 3.00 diopters.
