Study of DA-4505 alone or with pembrolizumab for advanced solid tumors

Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced solid tumors that can be measured on scans.
  • Your overall health allows you to be up and about (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You are expected to live at least 3 more months.
  • You can take oral medications and have no major gut issues that affect absorption.
  • You have not had certain cancer treatments recently (like CAR-T therapy or a stem cell transplant).
