Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS)
- You can give informed consent and commit to the study duration
- You do not have serious nerve or brain conditions like spinal cord injury, stroke, or brain tumor
- You have not had a major psychiatric diagnosis (like schizophrenia) in the last 5 years or been hospitalized for mental health reasons in the last 5 years (except for PTSD)
