Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 85 years old.
- You have a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, multiple system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy, or you are a healthy volunteer.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You do not have a major psychiatric disorder like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.
- You do not have a history of substance abuse or alcohol abuse.
- You are able to have an MRI (no metal implants that are unsafe) and can tolerate blood draws and IV placement.
