Who can take part
- Be between 45 and 85 years old.
- Be enrolled in the PPMI study as a healthy control, a person with Parkinson's (sporadic or LRRK2), or be diagnosed with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy or Corticobasal Syndrome.
- Be able to attend study visits and follow procedures.
- If you are a woman, you must not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy, and use effective birth control if needed.
- Not have taken certain medications that could interfere with the scan (your doctor will check).
- No other major brain conditions that would affect the study.
