  • You are 18 or older
  • You have advanced prostate cancer that is growing despite hormone therapy and low testosterone levels
  • You have tried at least one newer hormone-blocking drug (like enzalutamide or abiraterone) and it stopped working
  • You have a tumor that can be biopsied (or you have stored tissue from a past biopsy)
  • Your kidney and liver function are adequate based on blood tests
