Salvage radiation for faster PSA relapse after prostate surgery

Who can take part

  • Be over 18 years old
  • Have prostate cancer confirmed on pathology after surgery, with at least one higher-risk feature
  • Had surgery (radical prostatectomy), then your PSA was controlled at first, followed by a PSA rise that meets the study’s relapse pattern, with no visible spread on PSMA PET/CT
  • Do not have prior hormone treatment (and none before randomization)
  • Be able to take radiotherapy and attend follow-up visits (good overall health/ability to comply)
