Who can take part
- Be over 18 years old

- Had surgery (radical prostatectomy), then your PSA was controlled at first, followed by a PSA rise that meets the study’s relapse pattern, with no visible spread on PSMA PET/CT
- Do not have prior hormone treatment (and none before randomization)
- Be able to take radiotherapy and attend follow-up visits (good overall health/ability to comply)
