Who can take part
- You had prostate cancer surgery and lymph node removal (ePLND), and the nodes were cancer-free (pN0).
- Your PSA is rising after surgery (not fully controlled), with a confirmed increase (around PSA ≥0.2, or ≥0.15 in some higher-risk cases).
- Your testosterone is above 150 ng/dl (not already suppressed).
- You are generally well enough for treatment (ECOG 0–1) and expected to live more than 5 years.
- Scans show no spread to distant sites (M1a-c). If PSA is above 0.4, a PSMA PET-CT is required before joining.
