Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have HPV-positive oropharyngeal cancer (throat cancer linked to HPV) or an unknown primary where throat cancer is suspected.
  • Your cancer must not have spread too far (limited to nearby lymph nodes).
  • You must be fit enough for radiation, chemotherapy, or surgery (ECOG score 0-2).
  • You must be able to have PET/CT and MRI scans (no metal implants or devices that are not MRI-safe).
