Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- Your leukemia cells must have at least 70% CLL-1 marker (tested by flow cytometry) or 50% by immunohistochemistry.
- Your AML has returned after treatment (relapsed) or did not go away (refractory), and you have tried at least one prior therapy.
- You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, heart, lungs).
- You are not pregnant, do not have active infections, and have not received CAR-T therapy before.
