Who can take part
- Your leukemia cells must have the CD117 marker on them.
- You must have relapsed or refractory AML, meaning it came back or didn't respond to standard treatments.
- At least 5% of the cells in your bone marrow must be leukemia blasts (immature cells).
- Your liver, heart, and kidney function must be within acceptable limits.
- You need to be in generally good health with a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
