Donor CAR-T cells for relapsed or refractory AML

Who can take part

  • Your leukemia cells must have the CD117 marker on them.
  • You must have relapsed or refractory AML, meaning it came back or didn't respond to standard treatments.
  • At least 5% of the cells in your bone marrow must be leukemia blasts (immature cells).
  • Your liver, heart, and kidney function must be within acceptable limits.
  • You need to be in generally good health with a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
