Who can take part
- You had surgery for breast cancer that included removing lymph nodes from one or both armpits (sentinel node biopsy or axillary dissection).
- Your breast cancer has not spread to other parts of the body.
- You finished your main cancer treatment (like surgery, chemo, or radiation) at least 3 months ago. Hormone therapy or immunotherapy are okay.
- You have had pain for the last 3 months that makes daily activities harder.
- You can use a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access.
- You can understand and speak Dutch.
