Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 80 years old.
  • You have a solid tumor (like in the breast, lung, or colon) that has spread or cannot be removed, and it has a change in MAPK-related genes (RAS, RAF, MEK, or ERK).
  • You have tried standard treatment and it stopped working, or there is no standard treatment, or you cannot take standard treatment.
  • You are in fairly good health, able to take care of yourself (performance status 0-2 depending on the study phase).
  • Your major organs (like bone marrow, liver, kidneys) are working well enough based on blood tests.
