Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Your tumor must have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12C.
- You should be able to take care of yourself and be up and about (ECOG 0 or 1).

- You should not have had a recent heart attack, stroke, or heart failure in the last 6 months, and your heart function must be adequate.
