Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have a locally advanced or metastatic solid tumor with a specific KRAS G12C mutation.
  • You have already tried a KRAS G12C inhibitor (like sotorasib or adagrasib) and it stopped working or isn't available.
  • You are generally up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts, kidney and liver function meet lab limits – the study team will check this.
