Who can take part
- You have liver cancer that has spread from another part of the body and can't be surgically removed
- You are able to do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1)
- Your liver is working fairly well (Child-Pugh class A or B)
- Any cancer outside the liver (like in bones, lungs, or lymph nodes) is stable
- Your liver tumor doesn't take up more than 70% of your liver
- Your doctor expects you to live at least 6 more months
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within certain safe ranges
