Who can take part

  • You have heart failure and your symptoms are mild to moderate (Class II or III). This means you might get short of breath with activity but not at rest.
  • You are on heart failure medicines that work well for you, and your doctor says you have been stable for at least one month.
  • You can come to the health center 3 times a week for the first month, then 2 times a week for the next two months.
  • You own a mobile phone so the team can stay in touch with you.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to join the study.
  • You do not have severe kidney disease, uncontrolled thyroid, advanced liver disease, or a recent heart device or surgery.
