Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have heart failure with reduced pumping function (ejection fraction less than 45%).
  • Your heart failure has been stable (no hospital stays in the past 2 weeks).
  • Your heart doctor says it's safe for you to join a cardiac rehab program.
  • You have not been in a cardiac rehab program in the last year.
  • You are able to travel to a rehab center if needed, and you can understand the study information enough to give consent.
