This study looks at how changes in your immune system's T-cells (measured from blood samples) can help predict if ovarian cancer comes back. If you are newly diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer and planning standard treatments (surgery plus chemo), you may join.

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old and newly diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer (stage III or IV).
  • You must be getting surgery to remove the tumor, followed by chemotherapy with paclitaxel and carboplatin (or similar drugs).
  • You need to be in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must not have had chemotherapy before your surgery.
  • You cannot have had your spleen removed or have serious health issues like active infections, bleeding disorders, or immune problems.
