Natural history study of sialidosis type I

Observational Study

Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed genetic diagnosis of sialidosis type I.
  • Be able to undergo a general physical exam and a nervous system check.
  • Tolerate having a moderate amount of blood drawn.
  • Complete electrical nerve and muscle tests.
  • Have an electroencephalogram (EEG) and brain MRI.
  • Finish neuropsychological tests and an eye exam.
