Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with low sperm count, poor sperm movement, or both, with no known cause.
  • You and your partner have been trying to conceive for at least one year without success.
  • You have not taken any antioxidant supplements in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have conditions like diabetes, thyroid problems, kidney or liver disease, or a body mass index over 30.
