Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with high blood pressure (hypertension).
  • Your blood pressure is currently above 140/90 mmHg when measured at the doctor's office.
  • If you take blood pressure medication, your dose must be stable (the same) for at least 4 weeks.
  • You can read and understand English, and you are willing to give your informed consent.
  • You have a compatible smartphone or tablet, or you can use one provided by the study team.
