- Able to give permission to join the study
- Able to follow the study steps and return for a second visit after 1 week
- Between 22 and 59 years old
- Able to read or write in English (you or a witness)
- No serious circulation problems, blood clots, or bleeding disorders
- Not pregnant or planning to become pregnant
- No known heart rhythm problems, like a very fast heart rate or atrial fibrillation
- No conditions like Raynaud's, diabetes, thyroid problems, or kidney disease that affect blood flow
- Wrist size between 14 cm and 23 cm, and upper arm size between 22 cm and 42 cm
- Willing to follow all study rules and procedures
