Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have overweight or obesity (based on your own report).
  • You have had at least 3 binge-eating episodes in the last 30 days that cause you distress.
  • You have daily internet access and a computer or smartphone to join online sessions.
  • Any health problems you have (like diabetes or high blood pressure) are stable and you have seen a doctor in the past year.
  • You are not currently in other treatment for eating or weight (like therapy or nutrition counseling).
