Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Your cancer must be a solid tumor that has spread or can't be removed with surgery, and standard treatments have stopped working or aren't right for you.
  • Your tumor needs to have a specific genetic change in the RAS/MAPK pathway (like an NRAS, KRAS, or BRAF mutation) — the study will check this.
  • You need to be in generally good health (able to do daily activities with little or no help) and have adequate organ function.
  • You cannot have taken certain targeted drugs (MEK or BRAF inhibitors) before joining, and you cannot have untreated brain metastases.
