Who can take part
- You are getting a liver transplant from a living donor (LDLT).
- You can start targeted therapy within 1-2 months after transplant.
- Your anti-rejection medicines will include tacrolimus or cyclosporine, mycophenolate mofetil, and sirolimus.
- Your cancer is considered high-risk (positive PET scan, tumors beyond UCSF criteria, poorly-differentiated, or poor AFP response).
- You are willing to use effective birth control if you or your partner can become pregnant.
- You do not have severe heart disease, HIV, active infections, or other cancers.
